ROLES
The Country Director has the responsibility to lead the Country team, whilst delivering Save the Children's strategy through:
Delivering quality programmes, including advocacy, for children and working with Save the Children national members, partners and donors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven capacity to assume a senior leadership role in similar context
Documented track record for performing well in humanitarian action
Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills

ESSENTIAL
10+ years of experience in similar positions
Bilingual (English & French)
