This position is under a local contract and the potential candidate must be fluent in French and conversant in English with a professional level.

The internal controller evaluates and provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning, and reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified to the Country Director with the recommendations for improvement

About the role

Under the supervision of the Country Director, the internal controller works independently and contributes to the improvement of the overall functioning of Plan International Senegal. He works closely with all departments and offices to identify potential risks, and tests the control measures. The position holder manages a relatively small budget for ones work related travels and accommodation.
